The recruitment process

At Safemind we have developed our very own recruitment strategy, based on our experience and the requirements of our customers and candidates. We do not however believe in applying the same standard to all recruitments. We will always seek out your special needs.

We initiate the process together by setting up a description of the position in question and a candidate profile. Then we look for candidates in our own database and network, and advertise in the appropriate means. We have tools to ensure that we select the most skilled candidates that also match your requirements, part of these are taking references and conducting interviews. Depending on the position, it may at times also be appropriate to perform differents kinds of tests. In the end we will present two or three top candidates for you. If you wish, we also take part in the formal process of actually employing the candidate you choose.
